Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

6U/8U-Mites

A refund request, in letter form, addressed to the Treasurer of DAYHA and the Board of Directors, is required for all refunds. All refunds are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be less a $50 non-refundable processing fee if submitted prior to November 1st. Upon receipt of the letter request and approval by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer will distribute the refund to the provided participant and address. A. After November 1st, pro-rated refund of 75% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply. B. After December 1st, pro-rated refund of 50% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply. C. No refund after January 1st of the season.

10U/12U/14U

High School

Spring Clinics

No refunds, except in situations of severe illness or injury. Please reach out to treasurer@durangohockey.org if you need to request a refund. There is a $10 fee for any cancellations.
